Had a estimate from a Local Firm three weeks before i had intended to have the work started, the price was the cheapest of the two I had obtained but they seemed like half decent fellows, we arranged a date and time and I promptly booked one week off work, I cleared the room and had somes days left so I could be here when they started. 

Never the less, no body showed up, I called and text but no reply .......my wife was absolutely fuming !

Cutting a long story short, I spoke to a colleague at work and he put me onto the A-Team.

I knew I was in good hands as soon as I spoke to them, they weren't really interested in talking or commenting about the other outfit but more concerned in sorting out my project for me, they came round that night, which tock me aback a wee-bit, as it tock the other mob a whole week just to call in.

we agreed on a price and a start date, I did have to wait another two weeks but my wife insisted it would be worth it, I must admit being a bit sceptical but relieved when i spoke to my better half and she told me they had started, I had wanted to be there but because of the other mob I'd used up all my hoildays.

what a great team, its a dirty job I know but they left us as clean as was possiable each day and can you believe it , even hoovered up as they left us. 

                       thanks for getting us out of a sticky situation, can't recommend highly enough.

The Manor Hotel was built some 30 years ago, thats how long i've been using this company.

We stareted off with 42 rooms back then and have added rooms during this 30 years of trading, along with the initial build and development, we've had hounreds of hours of refurbisments carried out, john has worked in a working hotel environment and is OCD with the cleanliness, from dust sheeting everything in sight to the after job clean up.

my cleaning staff call them "the building angels" because its whiter than white when they leave.

They undertook my whole garage conversion, changing it into a usable room.

From the planning stage to the build and final signing off with the building inspector, they did the whole thing.

I was showen every invoice and the worst thing I had to do was choosing the type of finishing materials to be used, doors/ skirting boards etc.

I had to arrange the alarm guy that we had used in the past, john was fine with this .....can you believe it the guy missed me about for a whole week n 1/2, causing the work to come to a halt ! 

The guys pulled off site for just over a week and returned once the guy had done his part, they never complained and didnt charge me a penny more ...thank you guys and sorry for the muck up n missing you about :(

If I can offer anyone a word of advise ......"TOP TIP : let JOHN do the whole thing !!" ...sit back n enjoy :)
